What is Re-Scripting?

In a nutshell, Re-Scripting refers to the rewriting, or re-scripting of the stories we live by. Everyone is living out their own scripts. The issue is that for many, the scripts that govern their lives are not their own - they have been given to them, or imposed upon them by others. In other words, before re-scripting, you cannot be completely true to yourself or genuinely authentic, because you are running the scripts others have given you, or imposed upon you. These scripts are not your own. They are not you! You have been programmed to unconsciously live out someone else's programs! These subliminal scripts cause a fundamental disconnect with who you are and what you are meant to be. They tend to mislead us and interfere with our true potential. This produces a life of unresolved issues and internal conflicts. Re-Scripting brings one back to the core of who we are so that you can know, and write, your own life's script. The event qualifies as your first level of 9, for those who want to continue on to earn a Group facilitator or a Life Rescripting Advisor's Certification.

If you cannot attend an event, you may carry your booking over to a future event within three months. Failure to attend a Rescripting Experience event within this period will void a registrant's right to a refund. Questions and Answers

What exactly is Life Rescripting?

People run internal 'scripts' that control their lives. Most of these run automatically at a subconscious level. Many are useful. Many are not. The choice we have is simple; we are either controlled by other people's scripts and the scripts of traumatic events and prjudice, or we take control of our own. Think of a puppet master and his puppet. The puppet master represents who, or what controls people who live as puppets. We can only be authentic by taking charge of our own life and the 'scripting' that controls it. The alternative is to be a puppet who is enslaved by the scripts others impose upon us.

When a person's internal 'scripts' are in conflict with who they are or who they are meant to be, all kinds of problems begin to develop. These problems can negatively effect our minds, emotions, relationships, finances, success, and much more. Life Rescripting is about taking charge of your own 'scripts' in order to take control of our own person, life, health, wealth, and other outcomes. The transition from 'puppet' to 'master' of your life is very empowering and liberating.

How does rescripting relate to coaching, counselling, and psychology?

Rescripting our thoughts or actions is not a new concept. The idea of changing how we show up in life by changing our thoughts, actions, or emotions is well known in coaching and psychology. Rescripting is given different names in different fields. As an example mindset coaches try to reset their clients' minds. We can describe this as rescripting mental habits. Psychologists may use rescripting principles to help patients process their trauma. And so on...

Our position is that approaches like these are partial, and as such, are incomplete. It is important to understand that individual scripts operate within a 'universe' of scripts that are ultimately directed by a master script. Any work done on a minor script will ultimately fail when it is out of step with a person's master script.

The point is that focusing on specific issues produces limited results, and minimal breakthroughs. Life Rescripting looks at how the whole person is being impacted by their subconscious master scripts. The objective is to put people back in charge of their own internal scripts so that they can be authetic, whole, and true to themselves in every way.

How does Life Rescripting compare with Life Coaching?

Life Rescripting can be thought of as the pinnacle of Life Coaching. Life Rescripting provides life coaches with uniquely powerful insights and tools to help their clients in profound ways. If you want to take your life coaching practice to the next level, Life Rescripting is for you.

Is Life Rescripting New Age, religion, or woo-woo?

No. Life Rescripting is simply about learning how to communicate with ourselves effectively. Every person experiences internal dialogue. We are constantly talking to, and with, our own self. This is universal. Every person does this naturally. Given the fact that this is a universal practice, it is astonishing that we do not stop to consider how to master self-communication in a truly healthy, and balanced way. This most important facet of our lives, our inner dialogue, drives everything we do, think, and feel. Yet, there is virtually zero education and training on this subject. This is like giving everyone keys to fly their own jumbo jets with zero training! We simply assume that since everyone has keys to fly their own life any way they want, we will auto-magically know what we are doing.

This is a false assumption. This oversight leads us to tragic results and much pain, mental breakdowns, emotional disappointments, and failures of all kinds. This oversight in our education is why many people go off the rails, and why our societies end up with an abundance of weirdo's and psychotic crazies. Every mental, emotional, and narcissistic disorder can be traced back to a failure of our internal communication. This impacts our whole life in every way. Life Rescripting teaches people how to bring their lives back into balance, right order, and full potential by addressing how we communicate with our own self. This is essential for all people, parents, leaders, educators, coaches, and more.
